TA'RIF

1. Unwind is controlled by pneumatic brake, comparing with normal magnetic powder brake, it can stand heavier roll and not easy to break down, also the controlling is more precise. Shaftless hydraulic loading which is convenient to load the roll, and hydraulic is easy to lift heavier roll. 2. Unwind cone can work with both 3 inch and 6 inch 3. Two rewinding shaft is pneumatic friction shaft which has best slitting accuracy. 4. Main motor and two rewind shaft is controlled by servo motor, comparing with inverter motor, servo motor has more precise controlling and not easy do break down. 5. It is equipped with high precision EPC which can prevent the material moving left or right 6. The whole machine is equipped with PLC, tension is automatically control, you can input material diameter, thickness by touch screen which is convenient for operation. 7. It is equipped with flat blade for plastic film or rotary blade for paper, non woven. 8. It has Laser positioning device to locate the position of paper core 9. It is installed with static brush to remove static electric away during high speed slitting. 10. It is installed with a blower to blow the waste edge away. 11. Waste winding device is optional with extra cost.
